Our peppercorns from the Kampot region of Cambodia are sourced from farms representing a 5th generation of pepper growers, who use centuries old traditions to preserve the taste of the finest pepper in the world, Kampot Pepper. These farmers are Khmer people who still heal themselves through traditional and natural remedies, and have an extensive knowledge of local plants and their benefits.
