1 Bunch of baby spinach

2 Tbsp of Chinese dried peppers or ground red chili 

1 Tbsp Zen Chantaburi Black Pepper (ground) 

1 Tbsp olive oil

2 clove of finely chopped garlic


Fry up the garlic and Chinese peppers in the olive oil

Add the spinach

Stir fry until the spinach is soft

Serve with your favorite protein and rice
