Our Fleur de Sel (finishing salt) is hand-harvested from the Gulf of Thailand region. The crystal clear waters from the Gulf are sun-dried and the delicate salt flakes are collected. Contrary to refined table salt, our Fleur de Sel abounds in healthy minerals and helps maintain body hydration.
