Our Phú Quốc Pepper is sourced from a small family farm located on the Vietnamese island of Phú Quốc, located just off the southern tip of Cambodia, west of Kampot. The farm is run by Jenny Pham and her family, and is driven using simple methods with the goal of environmentally enhancing agriculture and the local economy.
Phú Quốc White Pepper has a delicate aroma. The clementine and rosemary notes really shine through.
