Phú Quốc peppercorns are harvested only when fully ripe and have a complex flavor profile that is floral and fruity, with delicate resinous notes. This pepper can also be used for a finishing touch on grilled meat, beef carpaccio, or on fresh or sliced tomatoes sprinkled with olive oil.
Our Phú Quốc Pepper is sourced from a small organic family farm located on the Vietnamese island of Phú Quốc, located just off the southern tip of Cambodia, west of Kampot. The farm is run by Jenny Pham and her family, and is driven using simple methods with the goal of environmentally enhancing agriculture and the local economy.
