  1. 14-16-ounce bag frozen unshelled edamame (soybeans)
  2. 3 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  3. 1 teaspoon of Zen's freshly ground Chantaburi or Kampot black pepper
  4. 1/2 teaspoon finishing salt (Fleur de Sel)
  5. 1/2 teaspoon sugar


Cook edamame in a large pot of boiling water 2 minutes; drain and transfer to a large bowl. Add oil, pepper, salt, and sugar and toss to coat. Serve immediately.

NOTE: Add some Roasted Thai Chili for a great spicy effect!
